  2. All those bare feet – wet, sandy, chubby adorable bare feet. And wet clothes, messy hair, paint-y hands, and shirts, and faces — what a wonderful place to spend your days…… We need more of this and less technology and “advanced” skills for pre-schoolers (and all schoolers, for that matter!)

  4. Speaking as a retired kindergarten teacher I want to say I am pleased to see how play is valued at the center. The children have so many different venues to play in. The many different materials and structures are inviting and colorful . What a wonderful place for children to delve into learning.

  5. Martin and I are ending our day with this beautiful blog. I live it every day but seeing it like this really brings home how important our work is to each and every child and family. Martin says that the photos completely capture the fun of the moment in each activity.

  6. I’ve come back and looked at this post so many times this week. The pictures are so vivid and really bring me right back into the play. What a great space to enjoy. I especially love the faces that are so very intent on what they are doing.
